Pros:??Not expensive, Really works, Not Greasy, no bad or medicine like smell

Cons:??i didn't find that it had any cons!

I used this gel thru all my chemo treatment. The medications that I was on for side effects from the chemo made my nasal passages so dry I would get sinus headaches. I used their saline spray and the gel and I was relieved of the awful and painful dryness. I would recommend this for anyone experiencing what I did or even for just a dry nose...AYR was such a great help!!!!!! The great thing was they were both at my Walgreens rt down the road!

I use the saline spray since several sinus surgeries to keep nasal passages moist. I have found that the saline nasal gel applied in nostrils with q-tip after spray stays in the nose longer and a double shot of saline doesn't hurt during allergy season.

This product works, but it leaves this residue in my nose, which resembles dried snot; and has this light but annoying smell. My guess is most people who use this may have allergies, frequent drainage, etc, so those properties are drawbacks in my book. Walgreens sold another gel that worked just as well without the drawbacks but have pulled all, at least in my area, and I could not find this past cold/flu season. Sorry will be purchasing other product on line in the future.

Cons:??Difficult To Use, Doesn't last long

Dr prescribed to use with CPAP nasal mask. Not real convenient to use. Put it in nose with Q-Tip. It's ok, no bad smell or anything, but it just doesn't take care of the dry nose problem for very long (and sometimes it "melts" fast and drips). I can't wait for the nasal spray to come out.
