Worth every cent

I use this product all the time! At work, on my patients who are incontinent. At home, on my grandchildren. I even had my husband try it for work-related "monkey butt" and after using it one day on the construction site--he had half of the other guys using using it.
It doesn't take much and last quite awhile.
The only flaw is that it is a pain in the butt to wash off--but that is how fantastic a barrier cream it is.

Pros: helps avoid skin breakdown due to constant wetness

I have not used this myself. My 90 year old mother has severe incontinence and must wear protection 24/7. She is now at a nursing home. I ran across a recommendation for this ointment a few years ago on a Geriatric Listserv to help guard against skin breakdown. She has used it quite a bit in the last year and keeps having me reorder it. One tube lasts her about a month.

Pros: Good Value, Works Quickly

This stuff is fantastic. It cleared up my granddaughter's diaper rash in one day. It also cleared up a heat rash I had in one day. We just love this product!

Cons: just a tad pricey

When used on my back and bottom to prevent itching and bed sores, I am always amused by the initial sensation after application - feels like I laid on a giant Peppermint. It really works, too!
