How happy I was to find this product. I used a
similar product years ago and then it was pulled off the market. This is a great thing to judge how you are doing between dr's visits. I always check the night before I see my dr. and it makes me feel secure that the LAB results are correct too. I have always found the ACNOW test to be no more then 1/10 of a point different than the Dr's office results.

Cons:??not recommended for older patients

After reading information and viewing the DVD I proceeded as to the instructions. I did not get satisfactory results the first try, so repeated the instructions and tried again. Results were the same. The only thing I can think of that caused this negative result is that I was not fast enough in initiating the procedures. I have done labs before so was surprised at the results..

I was disappointed to say the least and threw the whole works in the trash.

I used this product the right before I had a Ha1c drawn at the doctor's office. It was 5.5 and the results by the lab were 5.8. I actually think my home results were more accurate. My blood sugar at home that day was 84 and 30 minutes later I had my blood drawn by the lab. Their result was 97. Makes you wonder about their equipment.

Cons:??results were significantly different than lab

I've only used this product once. If you read the directions it is fairly easy to complete, however the results were .7 of a point lower than my doctor's lab results.
