Apply along lash line starting from inner corner of eye working outwards.
To sharpen, pull out sharpener from end of pencil. Insert tip of pencil in sharpener and turn gently.

Goes on easily and stays put. I smudge it out a little to make a great shadow effect. It also stays on the inner rims! I love all the colors, especially the teal. Great value!

Pros: comes with sharpener, no smudge, Long Lasting, shows up well

Cons: breaks sometimes

This eyeliner stays on 4 as long as ud like, doesn't smudge 2 much, and shows up well! The price is pretty decent 4 such an amazing product. Now my eyeliner stays on my lower waterline and i can easily make my cat eye!

Cons: Smudges

When I go swimming, this actually mostly lasts when my friends eyeliner is running like crazy. It smudges a bit at the inner corner of my eye but it mostly stays in place.

Pros: Glides On Smoothly, Long-Lasting

I bought this product for the first time since Walgreen's was having such a great sale on Revlon. Lately I've been hoping to find an eyeliner that would stay put all throughout the day... my biggest pet peeve is that raccoon eye look that I have by the end of the day because my eyeliner just can't stay where it belongs. I'm so glad I found this product... I've used it for 2 days now and both times it stayed exactly where I put it all day long. The only drawback I have is that I haven't learned how to make my lines perfect the first time... normally I'm a little sloppy with other eyeliners but no big deal because you can fix mistakes with a Q-Tip. Because this product is meant to stay, you can't be so careless because you can't easily fix what you mess up... but I'm sure once I learn how to slow down and take my time I'll master the technique and get it right the first time. If you haven't tried this eyeliner yet, you really need to. I'm going back for more while they're still on sale!
