What a great product. The results for me were fantastic. Total Cholesterol dropped 29 points to a 195, Trig dropped 62 points to a 158, HDL increased 4 points to a 43, and LDL dropped 28 points to 125. My doctor was very impressed. I'm 68 years old and take no prescription medications thanks to great products like this. Thanks Nature Made.

My total cholesterol went from 224 to 179, triglycerides 141 to 120. My HDL went from 45 to 40, but I was low thyroid when the second set of tests was done, and that will screw up your blood lipids.

In addition to taking 4 tabs per day, I also ate flaxseed meal on my cottage cheese, made an effort to eat beans and apples, and eat almonds every day, but I didn't mess with cutting down fats or decreasing the amount of meat I ate. The book I learned this from was Cholesterol Down by Janet Bond Brill, and she saved me from having to take statins.

My results are based on cholesterol tests done my doctor. After 5 weeks, I had these results: Total (dropped from 272 to 250), LDL (dropped from 208 to 194), HDL (increased from 29 to 31) and Triglicerides (dropped from 177 to 125). Probably relevant, I also did the following: (1) took 2 Cholestoff 3 times per day (instead of the recommended 1), (2) took 2 fish oil tablets 3 times per day, (3) started walking 1.5 miles per day, and (4) dieting (of course). The interesting test will be in 2 months when I am tested again and the only change will have been to substitute the RX cholesterol medication for the Cholestoff. The rest remains the same.

I tried it with great hope that it would help.My cholesterol didn't change after 4 months of use.Nature Made is a great company everybody is different and it works for others.I don't eat as well as I should and hoped it would balance out my craving for sweets.It doesn't there is no sustitute for a good diet.Good luk to all that use it.Neil
