Pros: easy to use good color

I have medium blonde hair and I use the medium blonde to cover my gray roots between touch-ups at the salon. It works well when I leave it on for 10 minutes, but, if I have the time to leave it on for 15 minutes, it works even better. Blends perfectly with my color and covers all the gray. Its easy to use with no mess, burning or itching. I love the comb applicator, which helps blend the color evenly. I also have lots of product left over, so I don't understand the reviews about there not being enough. Maybe this is because I never let my roots grow out very far. Overall, it works great for me.

Pros: Good color match, Easy To Use, don't have to color all of hair as often, takes only 10-15 minutes to set

Cons: not enough product to give better coverage, costs just as much as regular all-over hair color

Pros: roots look great!!

Cons: built in conditioner with synthetic fragrance

I tried the light blond shade and I am very happy with the results. You cannot even tell I had roots. It blended in perfectly/exactly with the base color I had dyed my hair with weeks ago (different brand). I would definitely use again and will recommend to my friends with blond hair. My only concern is the fact that the conditioner is already mixed in and I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and usually use my own conditioner when dying my hair.

Cons: doesnt work in 10 minutes as mentioned for me

I have black hair, with some gray around my temples and crown
This product worked, but needs to be left in for longer than the 10 minutes

After leaving it in for 35 mintes, and washing, found all the gray covered

Found no irritation or side effects (hair wasnt brittle or dry)

Works for me.

I have medium brown hair, but bought the dark brown touch up. I do not have a lot of gray but the gray I do have, is around my forehead and sides. I followed the instructions and wherever I put the root touch up, my hair got even lighter than my medium brown tone rather than darker. The next day I went to style my hair by blowing it dry and my hair broke off. I did not leave the product on longer than was instructed. I have been using Clairol Nice & Easy for over two years now with not one problem. I just wanted to try this product and I am sorry I did.
