I really like the 205 mg of Magnesium that I got from Nature Made.

This has been one for the best name brands that I have tried using with the magnesium 250 mg. It's very agreeable with my body. I've not had any side effects from using it. I really reccommend this brand if you need to buy Magnesuim than buy them by Nature Made.

I think Nature Made Supplements are of high quality--I've tried others, but always come back to NatureMade. I am glad that Walgreen's continues to carry Nature Made supplements, so I can continue to enjoy taking the same supplements that helped me to stay healthy and strong for years.

I found out about magnesium supplements from a fitness coach - it not only helps with my shin cramps while power walking, it also REALLY helps with leg cramps, etc. that I always thought were caused by Restless Leg Syndrome or Peripheral Artery Disease. I take one along with my regular one-a-day and one before walking. Works miracles! At least for me.
