I've been using this on my face now for 6yrs...LOVE IT....I haven't used it on any other part of my body, HOWEVER this is DEFINITLY pure butter on my lovely soft skin...umhuh...

Pros: Moisturizes Well, Long Lasting, Goes On Smoothly, Softens Skin

. . . then I decided that it was worth a shot !Nivea has been around for DECADES and so I decided to see what all of the fuss is about- and I have to say that this product lives up to the hype-no wonder it's been around for more than fifty years.

I use it at night. I take a nice hot shower, dry off, and then before I put on my pjs, I rub this cream all over my body. It feels cool and is very soothing. Although I feel it how soft it makes my skin right away, when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels like silk ! It's the BEST !!!

I don't think it's good for the face, but then again, I don't think that it was designed for that
-too greasy. But other than that, I have to say that it is truly a great product. No wonder it was a favorite of Marilyn Monroe's.

Not the original Nivea Creme

Cons: Bad Smell

This is not the original Nivea Creme. The ingredients have changed and it smells awful. I have been using Nivea Creme for many years and still remember the wonderful scent as a child living in Austria. I ran out of my Nivea Creme and bought another one - when I opened the jar a most unpleasant smell hit my nose. There are two different Nivea Cremes. The color of the jar is a darker blue and a different shape from the original one that I purchased about five years ago. I don't know if the texture of the creme changed because I did not try it. I checked the ingredients against the one that I just ran out of and they are not the same but the tube lists the original ingrediants. So if you want the original scent and texture buy the one in the tube (I believe it is 2 oz something. I am returning the jar of Nivea that I bought yesterday.

hi my name is tess,i bought this nivea creme that shows in the picture,i am a new user of this,and this is recommended from my two cousins,its a good product,but what i am concern is,i have no idea what this is for,i thought it is for the face,it didnt say anything,it didnt say any directions either,so i dont have an idea what is is this for,my cousins just told me the color of it,i would diffenitely recommend this,but i hope you would indicate some word here showing what the products is for.....thank you.

Nivea Creme in the Blue Jar - The Best!

This is the most amazing moisturizer ever! I get seasonal dry skin & every time the seasons change, my skin gets dry and flaky. I use this creme all over my body and occasionally on my face. It's a bit too moisturizing to use all over the face under makeup though, considering I have oily skin. So, I just spot-apply it to dry areas of my face. It also works wonders as an under eye wrinkle repellant. I dab it under my eyes and also in the morning before applying under-eye concealer. It helps the concealer go on smoothly and prevents it from settling into very fine lines around the eyes. I'd highly recommend this to anyone with super dry skin, skin that gets flaky, or if you've ever felt that your skin was too tight for your body! It provides amazing moisture relief and smells great.
