- Remove release paper from adhesive strip, dispose in waste container (no adhesive strip on Contour Pad)
- Position in target area of brief, undergarment, or protective underwear Alternative Applications:
- For women: Fold booster pad in half with adhesive strip adhering to itself and position in undergarment, for double layer absorbency
- For men: DO NOT remove adhesive backing, fold booster pad over top of penis with release paper to the outside, apply absorbent undergarment as usual
- For both: Position booster pad horizontally across the stomach, adhesive side up.
- Apply absorbent undergarment as usual and adhere pad. Can also be put over each hip.
- Change as often as you feel comfortable
