Cons:??you have to wear them for half an hour

I've tried toothpastes and rinses that whiten, and I've even tried the strips before. I have had little success, but I have to admit, these do work. The 30 minutes is a little inconvenient since you can't brush right before or after, but I'm still very happy with the results.

These are a great value for the money. I split them up into two 10 day sessions, that way you get two uses out of 1 box. They stick to your teeth very well and don't move around. I would buy these again.

It took a while to get the package but the item itself is a great product. I use these on an as needed basis. I drink coffee and ice tea so I use these for a couple of days about once a month to keep my smile white. The adhere to your teeth very tightly and don't move around like some of the other products I have used. It does leave a little bit of film on your teeth when you take them off but not a goopy mess. They are easy to apply and don't leave that bad peroxide taste in your mouth.
