I'd been taking multivitamins for most of my life, most recently a generic brand of One-a-Day and Nature's Bounty Multi-Day for Women. This is one vitamin where I could truly tell a difference in how I felt. It also allowed me to discover that the large disparity between the calcium and magnesium in the other vitamins was causing my constipation. I'd been dealing with that for years without ever knowing the reason. This vitamin has them in balance, so I no longer seem to have this problem. Having the two in balance also allows more calcium to be absorbed and used properly. I also believe this vitamin has made a difference in my acne; I don't break out as badly as I used to. I've recently begun adding cod liver oil daily to help even more. The vitamin also has iodine, selenium, and other minerals that work with these in balance, which I haven't seen in many other brands, besides pricier ones. I highly recommend this vitamin.

I have tried many Women essential vitamins, but I find the Nature Made for Her to work the best for me. Many key ingredients have more in this vitamin than from other companies. I highly recommend at least that you try it and see for yourself.

Finally got one that has what I need.

Im a moderately active 35 year old woman who wanted a good, basic multi-vitamin that had everything I needed, in the amounts needed without having to buy a bunch of other vitamins or minerals to get in a single day. I read Nutrition Action and they had great articles on how much is needed and what is just hype. This one gives you everything you need in one pill. I tend not to have a heavy breakfast (just something quick like a Kashi bar to fill my tummy and get my metabolism going) and like most milti's, this didnt land great on my rather stomach. To remedy that I take half in the morning and the other half in the early afternoon.
