Offers are open to United States addresses only. All submissions become the property of the EasySaver Catalog and will not be returned. Allow 10 weeks for delivery of your rebate after we receive your submission. Walgreens, its affiliates or agents are not responsible for mail not received as a result of loss, damage or delays by the U.S. Post Office. You must provide a copy of your entire submission with any request for review of a dispute or claim of non-payment. We provide these tips and guidelines to deter possible fraudulent activity and to help us assist you in the event of lost mail. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, United States Code, Section 1341 and 1342).

What are the submission guidelines?

  1. Register receipts must be dated between the valid offer dates.
  2. Please submit your rebate request by the postmark date in the catalog.
  3. Enter all the required information. We will accept only one submission per month, and issue only one refund per family, household, address or envelope. On your original Walgreens register receipts, please circle your purchases and write the offer numbers next to their prices. We will not accept or return photocopied, altered, substitute, counterfeit or non-Walgreens receipts submitted by mail.
  4. We will not honor any rebates submitted by groups, clubs or organizations.
  5. All submissions become the property of the EasySaver rebate program and will not be returned.
  6. Please submit complete register receipts -- we will not accept any partial register receipts. You may mark out your credit card number if you wish, but do not cut off any part of the receipt.

How do I check the status of my rebate?
Check the status of your rebate online or call 888-324-3028.

The rebate status page shows my rebate as invalid. What do I do?
Please call 888-324-3028 to discuss your personal rebate status concerns.

Can I receive more than one rebate for the same offer?
Each offer shows its rebate limit, which is the maximum amount you may redeem from that offer. Please refer to the EasySaver Catalog for details on the specific offer in question.

How do I check my EasySaver Gift Card balance and transaction history?
Please call 877-248-5555. This number is located on the back of your Walgreens EasySaver Gift Card. This number is for balance and transaction history questions only. For all other questions, call the general EasySaver customer service number, 888-324-3028

Why should I keep a copy of my receipts?
Please keep copies of your receipts in case we ask you to re-submit by mail due to a rebate discrepancy. Please note, you must provide a copy of your entire submission with any request for review of a dispute or claim of non-payment.
