Since I'm going through menopause, I often wake in the middle of the night and am unable to get back to sleep. I love this product because I can finally get a full-night's sleep and not wake up until the alarm goes off. When I DO wake up, I feel refreshed - not groggy as though I have been drugged. I am also alert and not sleepy during the day. I work as a programmer so I need to have a clear head. The only downside is the smell. I transferred the contents from the plastic container to a glass jar in order to keep the smell contained (it was making my entire bathroom stink too!). It works well when traveling and having to adjust to different time zones as well.

I took this on a recommendation from a magazine & also read the on line reviews. It did not work. Not at all. In fact it had the opposite effect. I haven't slept that bad in a long time. My husband also took it & he had the same problem. Hour after hour we just laid there. I only tried it once. I'm afraid to try it a second time

I have tryed many products to help calm my anxiety down..(Social Anxiety Disorder)..This product is remarkable...Outta 1-10..I rate this product a full 10..and a two thumbs up...

I am an avid user of many over the counter herbal supplements and have suffered from sleep problems for years... I prefer to avoid treating these conditions with prescription medications and have found that a simple 3 mg melatonin tablet along with the recomemeded dose of NATURE'S BOUNTY VALERIAN ROOT PLUS CALMING BLEND is very effective... beware as there are many others out there which simply do not do the job!!!
