Laxative for occasional constipation. For adults and children 12 years and older. Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Caplet(s) should be taken with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. If pregnant, breast-feeding, taking medication, or have any medical condition ask a health professional before use.
Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, a magnesium-restricted diet, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 14 days.
