I have a long ride to work. In the winter, I heat 2 before I leave for work. One goes around my neck, under my coat. The other across my lap. Sub-zero weather can't touch me. I bought one for each of the valets at our local hospital. They have access to a microwave in the lobby café. They really appreciated them.

This pack easily fits across shoulders & around neck. I use it hot, and it eases muscle pain. Good value for the money!

I was telling my husband last night that I

We have been using this product for years. Always such a relief for a minor pain to a migraine. So easy, put in micro for 31/2 mins and use. Affordable, convenient and helps every time!
