Being disabled for over 12 years, I take this multi to avoid colds and flu. It may be just me, but since I began using this -- years ago -- I haven't had a cold/flu in 12 years!

One-A-Day has changed this formulation to reflect the new health issues, but the basics remain the same...

The only potential problem is the pill's size. It is rather large, and I have to be extra careful that it doesn't choke me! But if I take it with a large swallow of water, it goes down without a hitch.
