This form of Calcium is easily absorbed, as advertised. Solid, tablet form, Calcium formulas have given me stomach cramps. This does not. My only complaint with this product is that I think they should up the Vitamin D content especially now when it is recommended to take 1000 IU daily.

I really like the capsule, it is so much better than the chalky tablet.

Talk about a pill being hard to swallow. I usually don't have an issue with swallowing pills but this one is a large "horse pill". I gag every time I take it. It's like a gelcap, but it's so big it just makes me gag.
