I've had insomnia since I was in jr. high (I'm now 46). I used to use ambien, but have been off of it for almost a year. The insomnia has been back for a while, so I decided to try Nature Made Sleep. After taking it, it took over an hour for it to "kick" in and yes, I slept all night, but I felt worn out & exhausted the next day. It made it hard to function. It's not possible to cut them in half, as they are liquid inside.
Needless to say, I'm back to looking for something to help me sleep.

works well for me...enables me to get enough sleep as to not waken tired and cranky in the AM...nor do i feel "hung over"...
and was approved by my VA primary.

I tried three times. The first time was OK. so I tried again. It didn't work, I have also suffered uncomfortable restless legs, arms and feeling of blood pumping the entire body. It took for 3-4 hours to fall asleep. (I am healthy Not sure why.) Not for me.

Melatonin used to help me, but stopped working. I tried this because it has other ingredients that help some people, but it did not help me sleep. I've taken it four nights now and it didn't work at all.
Everyone is different so it may work for you.

Took one before bed and now three hours later I'm wide awake. No effect at all.
