This exercise bike is a great buy! It is very sturdy and gives a great workout! I love being able to see the distance, time, and mph. Very good directions for putting it together, my two sons had it done in about 30 minutes and both agree I made a very good purchase!

I actually keep this in my living room. There's no excuse not to get on and peddle away while watching my favorite shows. It's not difficult and every day it gets easier to go a little longer and a little faster.

Bike was easy to assemble. It is not complicated to use, just enough buttons to give you a good idea about how you are doing with time, speed...
I really am enjoying it.

Have leg problems. Gives exercise I need for stimulation; however, seat is very uncomfortable. I have to put a pillow on the seat. Otherwise great buy

I use it so far, about 30 to 40 minutes, twice a day. After a few minutes, it gets quite noisy. by 30 minutes, it sounds like a rock tumbler. I got it to use while watching TV . It interfers with the sound .

With this bike you feel you have got your moneys worth. It is sturdy and sleek. Does not take up a lot of space but gives you a workout!
