Keep refrigerated. Skillet:
Place bacon in single layer in unheated skillet
Cook on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or to desired crispness, turning frequently
Drain on paper towels
Microwave:
Place bacon in single layer on microwaveable paper towels on microwaveable plate
Cover with additional paper towel
Microwave on high to desired crispness
2 slices: 1-1/2 to 2 minutes
4 slices: 2-1/2 to 3 minutes
Caution: Plate may be hot
Oven:
Place bacon in single layer in shallow baking pan
Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes or to desired crispness. (No turning is necessary)
Drain on paper towels
