Question

What is acne?

Answer

Acne is a skin condition that occurs when hair follicles and oil-secreting glands get clogged, causing bacteria to grow in pores. As a result, you can get pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. Acne may be related to high testosterone levels in both males and females. Acne blemishes occur most often on the face and neck, but can also appear on the back, chest and upper arms.
