Is there any way to improve the flavor of my toddler's liquid antibiotic?
Walgreens offers a service called FLAVORx to enhance the flavor of some liquid medications,
including certain antibiotics such as AugmentinŽ (amoxicillin/clavulanate)
suspension. FLAVORx is approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Talk to your pharmacist
about adding a flavor next time you are filling a liquid prescription. (Some adults may prefer
a flavored liquid medication, too!)
