Walgreens is distributing up to $1 million worth of seasonal flu shots to uninsured individuals across the country! Candidates* who visit a Wellness Tour bus location between September 17 and November 15, 2009 will receive a FREE flu shot voucher. It's good at any Walgreens pharmacy or Take Care Clinic through November 30, 2009. And it's just one more way we're working to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality care.

FREE flu shot vouchers are not available at Walgreens stores.

When can I get a voucher?
Beginning on September 17, vouchers will be distributed up to the first 40,000 eligible people who visit the Wellness Tour. Vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, in select markets, while supplies last. Voucher will expire on November 30, 2009.

Where can I get a voucher?
Vouchers will be distributed at 9 Wellness Tour bus locations including all 8 AARP/Walgreens Wellness Tours Buses and the National Urban League/ Walgreens Wellness Tour Bus. Program excludes the AARP/Walgreens La Gira Del Buen Vecino Bus in Puerto Rico.

Consumers should be directed to visit aarpwalgreens.com/tour or call 1-866-484-TOUR to find a tour location.

Who's eligible to receive a voucher?
The first 40,000 people (age 18 and older) who visit a Wellness Tour location, register and identify themselves as not having health insurance.

Do I have to be screened to get my voucher?
Although it will be highly recommended by the crew, screening administration will not be mandatory for distribution of the voucher. All consumers will need to complete the registration process to receive the voucher.

What are the voucher restrictions?
Voucher expires 11/30/09. One voucher per person, per visit. Vaccines subject to
availability. State, age and health condition-related restrictions may apply. See the
pharmacy or Take Care Clinic for details. Employees of Walgreen Co. (the
Sponsor), their immediate family member, and any person domiciled with any such employees are not eligible to participate. The term immediate family members includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren. This voucher is intended for use by the uninsured person whose name appears on the voucher. This voucher is non-transferable. It may not be copied or duplicated and may be used only once. If the bearer of the voucher has medical insurance or prescription coverage of any kind the voucher is void. Voucher is not valid in ND, AZ, LA, NH, OK or Puerto Rico.

What type of vaccine will this voucher cover?
There are 3 influenza vaccines available, 2 injectable and an intranasal. This voucher will only cover the injectable vaccine option.

*Uninsured patients age 18 and older only. Influenza vaccination applies to seasonal flu shots only. Vouchers distributed in select markets, excluding Puerto Rico, on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last. One voucher per person, per bus visit.
