General Information 

Q: What is Store Pickup and how does it work?

A: Store Pickup is a service at select Walgreen locations which allows customers to order items online from their selected store's inventory for pickup in store (or for curbside pickup at select Walgreens locations) in as little as an hour.

Q: What is the minimum purchase amount for a Store Pickup order?

A: There is a $20 minimum for orders placed for Store Pickup. If the subtotal in the cart is not $20 you will not be able to proceed to checkout and a message will appear informing you to add more items to the cart.

Q: What happened to the website webpickup.walgreens.com?

A: As of September 20, 2013, webpickup.walgreens.com has been integrated with Walgreens.com and you can now shop your local Walgreens and place all of your Store Pickup orders on Walgreens.com. Webpickup.walgreens.com is no longer available to place your Store Pickup orders.

Q: How do I pay for a Store Pickup order?

A: You can pay for a Store Pickup order with a credit or debit card that has a major credit card logo, such as MasterCard® or Visa®. When picking up the order, you will have the option to change your payment method by notifying the store employee before beginning the in-store checkout process.

A: Your card will not be charged until your order is picked up.

A: Not at this time. Only promo codes designated for Store Pickup may be used.

A: Yes, you can use coupons when picking up your order in the store. However, you cannot use manufacturer coupons with a curbside pickup. You will need to pick up your order at the photo counter to complete this transaction.

Product Availability 

Q: Does Store Pickup offer all the products I can find at my local store?

A: The Store Pickup service strives to offer a large selection of the general merchandise products available in the store.

Q: Is there a way for me to check my store's current inventory?

A: The store's inventory is updated in near real time, so the inventory reflects what the store has when you make your purchase. Occasionally, products may become unavailable between the time of your purchase and the order picking process. If this is the case, you will receive an email with inventory updates.

Q: Can I order Photo and Pharmacy products with my Store Pickup order?

A: The Store Pickup service offers a selection of general merchandise items. Pharmacy orders can be placed at the same time as your Store Pickup order, but Photo orders must be placed separately.

Q: When I placed my Store Pickup order, all of my products were available. Now I received an email saying that some products are unavailable. Why?

A: Store Pickup inventory is the same as the store's inventory. Occasionally, a customer may purchase the items in store before the order is picked.

A: Just provide your receipt to the store employee and they will handle the discrepancy.

Returns 

Q: What is the return policy for Store Pickup orders?

A: Products can be returned to the store, following all of the standard Walgreens store return restrictions.

Q: What if I decide I don't want an item when I pick up my order?

A: For in-store pickup, the store employee can void the item you no longer want and make the adjustment. For orders in which you selected curbside pickup, please go into the store and arrange the removal of the product with the store employee.

A: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order.

A: You will receive an order confirmation email which will also update you on any inventory issues associated with your order. Most orders will be ready within an hour.

Order Pickup 

Q: Are there specific hours for order pickup? How long do I have to pick up my order?

A: Once you have received your confirmation email, the order can be picked up during regular store hours. Curbside pickup is available between 9:00 A.M. and one hour before the store closes or 9:00 P.M., whichever is earlier. The order must be picked up within 48 hours of the order being picked. After that time, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order if you still want the items.

A: Store Pickup orders can be picked up at the Photo counter. If the store does not have a Photo counter, orders can be picked up at the front register.

Q: How can I use curbside pickup?

A: Curbside pickup is not available at all locations. The designated parking spaces for Store Pickup customers are located near the entrance of the store, making it easy for customers to use this convenient service. There is no additional charge for curbside pickup.

When you arrive, use your mobile phone to call 888-WAG-PICK (888-924-7425) and a store employee will bring the items to your car.

A: Since curbside pickup requires you to call 888-WAGPICK after parking in the designated parking space, you will have to come into the store to pick up your order if you do not have a cell phone with you.
