Learning Through Experience

Sometimes, books aren't the best places to discover lessons learned - living it makes it last. Walgreens created an immersion program for its employees and those in the business community. It provides a learning experience ripe with opportunities to not only develop and practice skills, but work on problem solving and awareness.

The boot camp is dubbed "Inclusion University" and is a week long experience where students go on field trips to see a variety of places where people with disabilities are successfully employed. It also highlights different features that aid in an employee's success.
