Connecticut stores offering COVID-19 vaccine

Eligibility

A patient must live or work in CT and meet one of the below eligibility requirements:

• People ages 65+
• Healthcare Personnel with the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients
• Long-Term Care Facility Residents
• Residents and staff of select congregate settings:
• Halfway homes
• Inpatient mental health facilities
• Corrections facilities
• Homeless shelters
• Domestic violence shelters
• Substance use treatment facilities
• Medical First Responders with high risk of exposure to COVID-19:
• Emergency Medical Technicians
• Police Officers
• Firefighters

How it works

1. Sign in to your Walgreens.com account. (It's free, quick and easy to create an account if you don’t have one.)
2. Complete a short screening.
3. If you’re eligible, choose a location and time for your COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
4. If you’re receiving a two-dose vaccination, you can schedule your second dose after receiving your first vaccination.
5. If you feel ill on the day of your vaccination, please reschedule your appointment when you feel healthy and well.
