CF medication processing

Cystic Fibrosis Services typically processes orders within two business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. If same-day processing and overnight delivery is requested before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and there are not delays processing your order, you will receive your order within 24 hours. We will contact you in the instance of a delay including: no refills available, insurance authorization needed, medications out of stock, etc.

CF medication shipping

We ship all orders via FedEx. If FedEx does not deliver to an address you prefer, please let us know so we can arrange for an alternate shipping carrier.

After processing, Kalydeco, Orkambi, Pulmozyme, TOBI and other refrigerated medications are shipped for overnight delivery.

For Kalydeco and Orkambi, please note that a signature will be required from someone at the delivery address. FedEx will reattempt delivery if no one is available to sign for the package.

Rush orders

About to run out of medications? Contact our Customer Support team at (800) 541-4959 to request overnight shipment. To help ensure prompt delivery, rush orders must be placed before 2 PM ET.
