Mixing Medium

I found that you can use this to make homemade mixing medium for your eyeshadow. Great for when you dont really want to buy expensive mixing mediums. By mixing with your eyeshadow you can make eyeliner of any color and add an extra boost to your eyeshadow.

Mix a small batch to keep in your makeup kit. You use 1 part glycerin and 3 parts purified water. i.e. one cap glycerin and 3 caps purified water. Since there are no preservatives you must dispose and make a fresh batch every 1 to 3 weeks.

This is water based, not oil-based. I mix it with maybe 20% grape seed oil which produces a phenomenal lubricant. I know this product is very good quality as my skin is really sensitive and this doesn't irritate one bit. Thanks, Africare.

This product is the greatest to ever hit the market. I'm so glad I discovered it. For years I've been suffering from VERY dry, scaly skin on my chin around my mouth area. Not any more. My skin is smooth and young looking (I'm 50+). Great!!!!

Best Base Moisturizer.

Pros: best hair moisturizer at a great price.

As most of us hair care fanatics know glycerin in the main ingredient in 90% of moisturizers, but now we have the chance to have this ingredient as a stand alone. Let me start by telling you this, nothing moisturizes better. Not only does it make your hair feel like silk, it is always absorbing more water from the air all day so it never stops working. All i can say is that if you are the person who uses oils and such in your hair be sure to use glycerin and water mixture before you put in the oils as the oils help seal it in. Same goes for those of you who use the salon type products. JUST BUY GLYCERIN AND SEE WHAT I MEAN!!!!

I used this product in my conditioners. It provides an excellent source of moisture for my hair and I am well pleased. I really need to stock up for the winter season is approaching.
