This is not a natural product. dl-alpha is synthetic, which is harder for the body to absorb.

This is NATURAL vitamin E! Most vitamin E on the market (including all vitamin E in multivitamins) is synthetic because consumers demand the lower price of synthetic, but synthetic is not even half as effective as natural. Nature Made makes the only NATURAL vitamin E supplement that you can find in most stores! This tells me that they take vitamins seriously, which I appreciate. I would rather spend a little more for a vitamin that actually works. (Natural vitamin E is labeled "d-tocopherol" and synthetic is labeled "dL-tocopherol." I have a trick for remembering this: if it has an "L" in it, "Lose" it.)
