I love this product and have been using it for years, I would consider it an absolute must have for me. The formula is gentle on skin, but really removes makeup well. I have tried store brands (Target, Kroger) that attempt to imitate this product and don't come close, it has to be Neutrogena for me.

Love this product! Very gentle. Never burns my eyes. I put a bit on a cotton ball and swipe away makeup. The product washes away easily with my regular cleanser and lives the skin around my eyes very soft.

For years, I have used Lancome's Bi-Facil eye makeup remover because I thought there was no other product out there that is/was better. After seeing this product on a "Best Beauty Buys" list in a magazine, I decided to try it -- due to price and Neutrogena's reputation. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I even like it better than the Lancome product. I use a clean Q-tip dipped into the product, one end for each eye. I run the Q-tip along the lashline, top and bottom. My mascara comes off so easily and completely; I then gently dab away the excess with a tissue. That's it! All eye makeup is gone. No oily mess, no scent, and very gentle on my sensitive eyes, too.

I have been using this product for years & love it. I wear waterproof mascara and liners most of the time, and this works perfectly to get it all off. It's the only product that does what it says it will do effectively. I can't use products with oil in them, so it's perfect for me. For those that have complained about the oily after-effect, I always wipe with a clean tissue when I am done and it's gone. You don't need a lot (unless you wear a ton of eye makeup). For the price, it is the best there is.
