I too was drawn to this product because of it's delicious scent. My hair is usually very thick and healthy and I rarely use a straightener/hair dryer/curling iron. After using this product for a few weeks my hair was extremely dull and dried out. It literally felt like hay. After consulting with my hair dresser I switched to a deep conditioner (Miracle It's a 10, recommended below) and soon my hair was back to normal. I don't know what ingredient it was that caused my hair to become so dry using this product but I will never use it again, although I will miss the lovely scent!

I am someone who is loyal to great shampoo. WhenI find something I stay with it. The problem was, in the last 10 years I had two different favorites that got changed because the company decided they wanted to reformulate their product. At that point, it didn't work the same and I had to find a new brand. My latest favorite was sold at a beauty supply chain and it suffered the dreaded reformulation last Fall. I went to all the chain stores in my area and bought them out. I knew I had to now find something for when that ran out. I decided to try Organix. I purchased three different varieties. I sent back the volumnizing ones. I kept the Acai and the Coconut. I gave my son the Acai. I have fine hair, not thin hair. I loved the coconut scent but wasn' sure how it would work. My hair was so bouncy and shiny I couldn't believe it. I am in love. I will buy as long as they don't change the formula. Now my son is hooked on the Acai. He has thick-wavy-with-some-curl hair. He said his hair felt softer. Win win in this house. Great product.

I'm 22 yrs old and i always blow dry and straighten my hair every day! Nothing work. Always left my hair high an dry, I cut my hair every month and i also use heat protector. But when i tried this shampoo i love love it ! Smells so good! Doesnt Dry my hair out leaves it soft an smooth! And it doesnt make it look like i have split ends! I would totally tell people to do! And FYI every body hair is different and acts different with shampoos just because this doesnt work for you doesnt mean it wont work for someone else! I would deff try this out!

wow not in a good way. this was by far the worst shampoo i have ever tried honestly. i look to use all natural or mostly natural products and i wanted a shampoo that wasnt crazy expensive with no sulfates since i dont use shampoo on my hair but once or twice a week. at first it felt fine, lathered up very well and the smell is wonderful but after rinsing it left my hair very stripped,dry and tangled. i use a very good conditioner that i dont mind paying for since i do mostly co-washes and ive had other bad experiences with other shampoos and my conditioner makes my hair like new again but this time with this shampoo my hair couldnt all the way be saved which makes it the worst for me especially if i have to do a quick deep treatment to get my hair back right.

Although Organix shampoos smell good, they don't perform at all, and the organic authenticity questions persist. Bottom line is: this is a cheap shampoo that dries out your hair and adds a lot of frizz. I gave it two stars only for the scent.

Over priced, over hyped, under performing, mis named, Organix is a cheap hair care line that is no better than the least expensive products on the market. A waste of money that dries out your hair and leaves it brittle. Awful!
