I read many reviews on this product before trying it and most of them were bad.

I found this product to be fantastic! You can't just take the tonic and expect a total miracle though. It states that you should only consume jelly (jello for the US folk), clear soups, fruit, veggies and bucket loads of water.

If you are prepared to do this for 48 hours (it is not easy) then it does work. The tonic seems to curb your hunger and flush alot of fluid. I ate and drank as much as I wanted, but I only stuck to the recommended foods.

You WILL NOT lose permanent weight, but if you have a little pot belly that you need trimmed down for a special occasion, then this is what you are after.

Within the first 24 hours I have lost 4 inches off my waist!!! Still got another 24 hours to go!!

Pros: it seemed ok for the first 2 dosages

Cons: be aware you must refrigerate after opening

i liked, the 2 first dosages. It seemed to work. The next day, my girlfriend read in really SMALL writing that once I opened it, it needed to go into the fridge.

They really should have the information that the bottle needed to go into the fridge more clear. THe bottle was mailed to me and I ever thought it had to be refrigeratedam very unhappy I wasted all the money . I was hoping this would work but i never go the chance.

Gained weight instead of lost

I tried this product over the past weekend and ending up gaining two pounds instead of losing any weight. I did not exercise but followed the eating instructions exactly as provided. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Pros: Good Value, Helped Lose Weight, Goes Down Easy

Definitely follow the recommendations. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut out refined sugars. Limit carbs and proteins. If you do eat them, eat it in the morning. I had chicken one night but went to the gym the next day. Lost 4lbs. I think I've could have lost more if I really follow the recommendations and worked out both days. I would do it again.
