This is so easy to use...just rub it on...it is clear and does not harm anything. It totally prevents blisters and pain, which are normally big problems for me when I wear cute or new shoes for more than a few hours. This product is a miracle! When I get new shoes, I can tell right away where they are going to rub....I apply the stick...which is like a mini deoderant stick...and avoid blisters and pain...even if I wear the new shoes for 8 or more hours.

This is pointless, it didn't help me at all while wearing painful sandals. I kept applying it in the hopes it would help, but it did not.
