I am a makeup pro. and I COULD NOT get this stuff to look clean or pretty...it only looks MESSY...I LOVE the smokey eye look, but this IS NOT A SHORTCUT...it's a waste of time and money. CoverGirl shadows are usually not pigmented enough for me and this was NO EXCEPTION. Cheap products to use are eyeliners and mascara (very few mascaras)...CANT skip on shadows, not worth it.

LOVE IT! cant live with out it! I get so many complements everyday. I met my boyfriend buying this wonder made my covergirl. I also got my job because I wore this! Everyone in my buisness say it look so classy! only one thing... dont use too much or it will look like you caked it on. i recommend this to anyone that uses eyeshadow everyda. It is just so easy to use.

This is horrible. Way too creamy and it creases because of that. Even with an eyeshadow base this creases. Horrible purchase. Will never buy again. I suggest you don't waste your money. Unless you intend on wearing it for only 10 minutes.

failed in the real world.
First of all, it seems the case was designed to break, I mean i dont bash my cosmetics around or anything, yet the cap still managed to break in multiple areas.
Secondly the formula is very suspectable to CREASING. Horrible horrible creasing.
I can't say that I didn't like this product entirely.
The colour selection is beautiful with nice combinations. The product is vivid and blendable. Some say that the product breaks off easily but I dont agree. Just dont mash it on your lids or dispence the stick too far out and it should not be a problem. Since creasing makes the product unusable on it's own, the only way I can recommend using this is with a good primer under it,and a dry shadow on top. This way it does not crease, fade, and lasts all day wonderfully. I guess you can only buy this if you want it as a base. As for most drugstore creme shadows of this nature.

I did not like this product at all! it creases and its sticky and just gross.I was excited at first when i first got it but rite away when i tried to apply it the whole thing just snaped and fell rite off i was so mad! so DONT WASTE UR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

I have yet to find a cream eyeshadow that doesn't crease. I didn't expect this one to be any different. I do like the product overall. I am disappointed in not finding the color I want. For some reason the purple/gray combo is not available in my area. I got the pink/brown color. The color was fine. Having worn cream eyeshadow before I guess I had more realistic expectations. I did like the color, the ease of use and the color combination. My brown portion did break off on the first use as another user described. I hate when that happens. I would buy it again. Especially if I can find the purple/gray one.
