Wipe inside of shoe clean. Remove clear plastic backing from bottom of cushion. Place the left cushion with the gel waves down into the left shoe so that the cushion rests in the widest portion of the shoe just in front of the arch. Repeat with the right cushion and right shoe. Replace insoles every six months. If insole gets dirty, wipe clean.
