I've used foot baths in the past, but none like this one. Fill this foot spa to the proper level, leaving enough room for your feet. Also make sure that when you turn it on, this baby won't overflow.
Add some Epsom salt, bought separately, plug this baby in, place your feet in the water, turn on the bubble motion, and just relax. Most Epsom salts are scented, so inhale the scent deeply. A treat for your feet and nostrils. After 20 minutes or so, turn the motor off, pour the water down the drain, and let the spa air dry. Store dry spa in carton provided.

Unless you plan to use the Dr. Schoolls foot spa outside or in your bathtub DO NOT buy this product. I used mine for about 17 minutes and I had a horrible mess on my floor when I was done it leaked so bad. I estimate I lost abut 1" of water. The bubbles were really nice but they must not have tested this product before selling it to the public it leaks so bad.

i'm a runner and after a run this foot bath feels excellent . i highly recommend it.

Not enough 'massage action' to warrant keeping. Massage element in the botton are 'self-activeted.' Not ideal.
