Eye Shading Brush: Apply a neutral shadow on the lid or crease & blend up & toward your brow bone. Eyeliner Brush: Dot along lash line in short, connected strokes from outer corner in. For brows, apply a small amount of shadow to brow to cover sparse or light areas. Lash & Brow Groomer: Use brush to give brows shape by brushing upward & out. Use comb to separate & lengthen lashes after applying mascara. Concealer Brush: Use the flat, fanned portion of the brush to blend.

Cons: kit doesn't include a separate brush for blush.

soft bristles are gentle and comfortable on skin. These tools are also built very well.. I often wash mine, and i have never had any bristles break away or come apart.

As other reviewers have stated, these are great quality, soft brushes. I was reading an article by very popular fashion magazine, that rated these among the best makeup brushes on the market. If you are on the fence about buying them, please know you will not regret your puchase. I brought my first two last year and just brought this set today!! Also, you can NOT beat the price for the quality. Honestly, other makeup brands charge TWICE as much for ONE quality brush. I will stick with this line, as I can not see any reason to purchase the more expensive ones, just to have a major brand brush.

Cons: i'd feel better if it came with a lip brush

I really wanted to find brushes that were good and didn't cost much. I definitely didn't want to order them because the shipping would've defeated the purpose of me trying to save money. So i was lucky enough to find them in walgreens which is in walking distance of me. Now i have brushes that work really well, and they feel as if they were expensive.

So Soft!

Pros: soft affordable works well with mineral makeup

Cons: None so far

The brushes that I used were irritating my face because they were scratchy. This set is amazing. The brushes are so soft. I am a permanent fan. I bought the powder brush too (because the one in this set is a blush brush) and it is great.
