I started using this stuff about a year ago and INSTANTLY fell in love with it! I couldn't ask for anything better! It smells GREAT and it makes my hair so soft and shiny after straightening!
For best results, after taking a shower comb a little through your hair. **Be aware that a little goes a long way, if you put to much in your hair it can make it look stringy, wet, and gross. I reccommend testing it out on your hair to see how much will work for you, before assuming it is a bad product. After taking a shower you can either use a hair dryer or go straight to the flat iron (be aware that this stuff will leave your a little damp, and it may smoke).
It's really that easy!
I am always being complemented on my hair and I will never use anything else.

Having never used this product before I was a bit skeptical. However, this product straightened my natural 4a-4b hair very well and left it soft and moisturized for days (this was the only prod I used on freshly washed hair)

I ordered this from this site and went to another store the next day and saw it in the ethnic, mainly African-American, hair section...but it doesn't say that on the bottle or on the website. Not that this matters because I would still use this product knowing how great it is even though I do not have African American hair.
I've only used this once and I love it! I was a little worried that I would have to use a lot for my long, curly, frizzy hair, plus the bottle isn't that big...but a little goes a long way! I probably used a quarter sized amount total for my long hair. I would say you would need a lot less for thin hair. especially shorter hair.
I blow dried my hair straight and it felt so smooth! I was able to straighten it as at a lower setting than usual too. My hair feels really healthy and moisturized, it's very sleek and straight! I have gotten these same results from other products, but not at this price!
I will definitely continue using this product, protecting your hair from heat is very important and this does that plus adds shine and softness! I used to use heat protectors in the form of spray, but serum is WAY better.
I also bought the tub of gel from this brand to use on my hair when it's curly and will write a review for that once i've used it.

FINALLY!! a product that does wat it says!! I used this product and my hair was SUPER straight!! I havent had a perm since the end of August!! you can not tell by using this product!!! I used it on my daughter s hair and her hair is super straight!! LOVE IT!! will buy over and over!!!!

I just got this product today and I couldn't wait to use it. After I got out of the shower, I towel dried my hair and put about a nickel-sized about in my hands and ran my hands through my hair. After blow drying my hair, I noticed that there were no fly aways and my hair wasn't frizzy, I live in Florida, super humid! This product smells great and my hair is SO soft now! I love it.

I'M IN THE TRANSITION PROCESS GOING FROM RELAXED HAIR TO NATURAL. I USE A LITTLE OF THIS BEFORE I BLOW DRY MY HAIR AND IT GETS IT STRAIGHTER THAN A PRESS AND IT LAST LONGER. I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!
