If you're a fan of all-butter shortbread cookies, you might be disappointed with these, as I was. I found them to be lacking in flavor. I noticed they left a coating in my mouth---perhaps from the palm oil in them. The ad says "melt-in-your-mouth"---not true, ya gotta chew. It also says "crunchy pecans"---also not true---the pecans were barely noticeable---more like pecan bits. If you can't bake your own, I recommend any of the 8 varieties made by Walkers. Even Lorna Doone might hit the shortbread spot!
