This product works absolutely wonderfully. I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner daily, and this is by far the best eye makeup remover I've ever used. The problem, however, is that I have arthritis, and the bottle is almost impossible to open because of the child/spill-proof top. I ended up breaking the top after only a few days of using it and had to throw away an almost full bottle. Even though it's a great product, if you have any trouble opening jars, bottles, etc., you need to find something else.
