I purchased this item online and the web description stated that the total EPA/DHA content was 450 mg per softgel. What I received had a EPA/DHA content of 360 mg per softgel. There are other products on the market which will provide EPA/DHA of 900 mg per 1400 mg fish oil per softgel and is refined to remove contaminants.

My family has been taking this brand of fish oil for a few years now and it leaves vitually no aftertaste -- just a slight taste of lemon. All of the other fish oil that we have tried seems to come up on us, and this one doesn't. Hope this brand of fish oil is here to stay for a very long time!

Ok, everyone, I have tried all the fish oils on the market, and this fish oil from Natrol is the best!!!! Because #1. I have a lot more energy with this fish oil, my body feels like it's 15 yrs old!! I am serious.(i am in my upper 30's and work out regularly) I believe it's because this fish oil is distilled, so all impurities are eliminated, and no perservatives! I was so upset that they discontinued this product in the store. so, online is the only way to purchase. Believe me, this fish oil will take away joint/spinal pains, the day after exercise pains, just remember to stay hydrated. I tell everyone about this brand fish oil!
