Apply 1 thick coat over wet or dry nail enamel.  Dries to touch in 60 seconds.  Apply a new coat as needed to "freshen" manicure and add extra shine and protection.

Expert tips:  Does nail color wear off & leave your tips exposed?  Cover up-be sure to brush top coat all the way to end of tip, then over the edge and underneath tip to seal.
