I have always bruised easily and recently it's gotten a bit worse, so much so that I started researching not just why it happens but what I could do to heal faster. Last year I got a bruise in July and nine months later it's still visible. Bruised my calf muscle about a month ago and about to go to Hawaii for vacation so I finally bought this arnica bruise cream. It is working wonders!!!! After just a few days of using it I can see a HUGE difference. Only the outer ring of the bruise remains. I will be good to go for vacation in 2 weeks! This stuff really works!!! April 13, 2013
