About 2 years ago I had the worst sinus infection I had ever had. I went back to the doctor several times because it kept coming back. I had a huge headache with it that would not go away with any pain meds. Finally the doctor recommended trying a neti pot. I felt immediate relief after the first use. Now whenever I feel the sinus pressure I use it twice a day for a couple of days. I haven't been to the doctor for a sinus infection since. I love that I don't need antibiotics anymore.

This product has improved my life so much that I could a write a book on all the benefits I have had. I am 51 years old and have suffered from allergies all my life. Along with the allergies came sinus infections, colds, cough, and sore throat due to drainage. A friend suggested this product and I am so glad that I listened to her. After the first use, I had immediate relief from stuffy nose. The best benefits I received came after using it every day, about 2 weeks later, I realized my allergies were completely gone. I have been using it now for over a year and LOVE IT. I use it every night before I go to bed and now I get the best sleep of my life, I wake up feeling great! The best part is it is all natural ingredients. The box comes with 20 packets of saline that you stir with warm water. You can purchase more packets or just use a small amount of table salt.

I got my neti pot today and used it right when i got home. You can definitely feel the difference after the first use. It's very easy to use when you get over the initial grossness. The instructions are easy to understand and not really complex at

I read all the rave reviews after a Facebook friend recommended using a Neti Pot to help alleviate allergies. I had never heard of one before, but I figured I would try it. I got one tonight at Walgreens.
I filled the pot all the way up...which I wasn't supposed to do. But...it still worked good. It kind of feels like getting water in your nose when swimming. The more I use it, the less it will feel like that, I think. It definitely cleaned out my sinuses, though! Will try it again right before I go to bed. Looking forward to breathing good!
