For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours. TheraPearl should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.

For Heat Therapy: Place the pack in a microwave for no more than 15 seconds. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Test the temperature of the mask prior to application. Temperature should be warm to the touch, not hot. Use the head strap to secure the mask around the head. Close eye-lids prior to application.

TheraPearl Pack Care: Packs can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Do not place any heavy objects on top of your packs. Discard pack if punctured. Do not swallow beads. Do not use on infants.
