By far & away the most unbelievably greatest product I have EVER used for sore back & arm muscles. And because it lasts up to 8 hours it helps me sleep through the night no matter how sore or aching my muscles are.

the patches work all day, are big enough to cut in half or use a whole one....3 in pack is nice. Try to order when on sale to save $. Husband uses every day for back pain.

I use these every day for chronic back pain. They are superior to the jell back pads because they stick and flex better. They help alleviate pain for me and are a great value.

Good source of pain relief, I prefer to use these rather than any other kind of pain relief.
Great with my arthritis pain. Just stick on and go. I use them daily .
