Easy to use:  Place this product on top of your mattress or under your bed sheet in the area where you want to cool down.  You can also place it on top of your pillow or slide it inside your pillowcase.  Care & cleaning proper care will ensure that this product lasts a long time and continue to provide the cool relief that you want while sleeping.  To clean:  Simply place the gelmat in warm water and use a mild soap or non-bleach detergent.  Do twist or ring the mat as you will damage it.  Do not dry in a clothes dryer.  Storage:  Keep the gelmat clean, dry and place inside the box that it came in Keep the gelmat away from flames or direct heat.  Do not leave mat in hot sun or car.  For maximum performance always store gelmat at room temperature.
