Cons: lanyard did not come with it as described.

I was very happy with the product, except that it did not have the lanyard with it. I would really like it better if the lanyard had come with it. I could use that when I exercise.

Pros: so simple to use

This device is very simple to use and gives results quickly. I liked it so much that I ordered one for my son.
Readings show your blood oxygen level and pulse. This was on sale and also had a rebate offer.

Loved it. Works great. It has a great reading and has big numbers that move to which way you need them to be. Seems to work great. Same reading as one in ER. 2 thumbs up.

About every 3rd day I get repeated "ERR 7" messages. I replaced batteries and cleaned it. Still the same problem. The last straw was comparing to my pulmonologist's pulse ox. It was significantly off. It is going back. I'll have to spend more for a better one.
