• Read side panel for General Wound Care.
• Apply 1st layer on wound
• Wrap with sterile bandage roll as a 2nd layer.
• Begin by wrapping over 1st layer and around body part. Repeat, overlapping pervious area by 1/2 to 1/3 of it's width, smoothing after each turn.
• Bandage should be rolled on without tension. Do not apply under tension as excess constriction may result.
• The finished wrap should be firm but not so tight that there is discomfort. If it feels tight, or there is discomfort, it should be unwrapped and reapplied.
• Apply 3rd layer (tape).

• Apply as a 2nd layer dressing on wounds with heavy drainage which require a maximum level of absorption and cushioning.
• Apply as a 2nd layer dressing on wounds in areas that are difficult to dress (e.g. head and limb).

• Wash hands
• Gently cleanse wound area thoroughly using mild soap and water. Dry wound area.
• Treat wound as directed by physician or nurse.
• Apply 1st layer dressing on wound for protection.
• Apply 2nd layer dressing for absorption and to cushion wound.
• Apply 3rd layer (tape) to secure dressing.
• Change dressing daily or as needed to keep dressing dry, or as directed by a physician or nurse.
