Make sure feet are both clean and dry. Cut in a shape to fit affected area. Remove backing and apply. Also may be applied directly to inner shoe to reduce irritation, and increase comfort.

Moleskin is great

Much better than bandaids. Moleskin was a lifesaver in the Army for blisters and hot spots. Very happy to find it at Walgreens. Used properly, it's almost impossible to not provide relief. Highly recommended.

Placed moleskins on each big toe before a hike to avoid chafing, but found a blister under the moleskin on both toes after the hike. I'll be going back to using bandages to prevent blisters.
